Now generally, CNC deep hole drilling machine in the process of processing are maintained a fixed rate of feed, the feed is by the processing program set in advance. In order to ensure the safety of production, programmers must set the feed rate according to the load limit condition, but in fact this condition may only account for 5% of the whole process. 2. How it works
Adaptive control technology used in the numerical control processing, through the test of machine tool spindle load, by using expert system of internal signal acquisition of the main shaft load and the corresponding data analysis processing cutting tool and the workpiece material, machine tool good real-time calculated feed rate and applied to the nc machining process, thus greatly improve production efficiency, and stability in the machining process, the control of continuous, automatic feed rate, and to achieve dynamic tool protection function (as shown in figure 1).
