So, what are the factors that affect the degree of skew?
1, first consider the form of movement taken by deep hole drilling
In the deep hole machining process, the most control of the skewness of the workpiece. Good is the workpiece rotation, the tool for reverse rotation and feed movement of the double rotation; followed by the workpiece rotation, the tool for the feed movement of the single rotation: the effect of relative gun drilling is the worst for the workpiece is not moving, the tool rotates and for the feed movement of the tool single rotary mode.
2, the assembly accuracy of the guide sleeve in deep hole machining has the most important impact on the hole deflection.
Machine tool assembly must ensure that the guide sleeve and the workpiece spindle and drill box spindle coaxiality. In deep hole machining, the deflection of the hole is linearly related to the machining length. For example: the length of the guide sleeve is 50mm, if the axis of the guide sleeve and the workpiece spindle axis offset amount of 0.05mm, the machining depth of 1000mm hole deflection may reach more than 1mm.
3, the grinding angle of the deep hole drill will also have an impact on the skewness of the machined hole.
Consider different grinding angles of deep hole drills for different machined materials and drilling hole diameters to get better hole deflection.
4. The uniformity of the material of the processed workpiece also has a great influence on the skewness.
During the machining process, the deep hole drill bit will be deflected in the direction of the softer material. Therefore, the heat treatment of the material is very critical in deep hole machining with high requirements on the degree of deflection. As far as possible, make the material organization fine and uniform.
5, whether the choice of cutting parameters is reasonable has a certain degree of influence on the degree of deflection.
In the case of not affecting the production schedule, it is not advisable to use a large amount of tool travel. The increase in the amount of tool travel will have a negative impact on the hole deflection.
